IMPACT^TM provides a:

3-year warranty on Platinum product
2-year warranty on Gold product
1-year warranty on Silver product
2-year warranty on chargers (except AC/DC-6 LC which has a 1-year warranty)

Warranty coverage for a defective product is limited to manufacturer defects.

Warranty Tip: Before submitting your claim, have you checked if there is moisture in the clear tube?

With tube-style earpieces, sometimes water can sneak in and totally block the sound. Please inspect the tube, and if you notice any water inside, we recommend using a can of compressed air to remove it. Good as new 😊 Oh, and remember to stock up on replacement tubes, just in case!
